Nicole is an outstanding Realtor. She is confident in her ability to get the sale done. She is one who keeps her calm and keep you calm. During the beginning of this process, I stressed myself out needlessly. All I had to do was listen and follow Nicole's lead. Everything took place just as she said it would. Nicole knows her real estate business. Her professionalism is impeccable. Her knowledge about the business is beyond reproof. My advice to any looking to sell or buy a home, just give your business to Nicole Trask, then sit back and let her do what she is qualified to do. Nicole sold me my home when I located there in Augusta in 2015, and she also sold my home for me when I relocated back to Florida, April 30, 2020. Nicole is the absolute best! She has been with me every step of the way! I purchased my first home in 2015 with Nicole and when I sold my home she guided me through the entire process with grace and ease. My Husband and I recently purchased a home, and Nicole was there again with us every step of the way! She makes the entire process easy! We will always choose Nicole! She is so knowledgeable, helpful, and professional!

After finding out I was PCS'ing to Ft Gordon, my mother put me in touch with Nicole in the CSRA. Nicole quickly called me to get some info on what we were looking for and what timeline we were looking at. Over the next 4 months, the military took their time getting my assignment loaded and eventually orders. Meanwhile, Nicole stayed engage the whole time, sending me listings regularly, and occasionally sending me big opportunities that popped up. Finally I was able to head to the area for 4 days of house hunting. With about 3 days notice, Nicole set up showings for all 24 houses we wanted to look at and had them timed perfectly so I never felt like we were on a timeline at all. On top of that, we were able to look at all 24 in two days. With two unexpected days to spare, I ended up spending them exploring my new area. Nicole was full of amazing insight into every single neighborhood and every single builder. Nicole is not just a real estate agent, Nicole is what all real estate should be. I have never met an agent that cared so much about their community and showed so much pride in getting to show me what their community has to offer. It didn't take long to find "the" house (It was about the 4th house we looked at), when we were ready to put an offer I let her take the wheel, she analyzed the market and area and recommended a starting point, then sent the offer after getting my approval. It took less than a day to get an accepted offer, easy peasy. Nicole continued to take great care of us, setting up all the necessary appointments for the house, while I had gone back to my previous location, and helping things along with our lender. The night before closing, Nicole and I went for our final walk through of the house and discovered the fridge had stopped working. In the next 15 hours she worked her butt off and managed to figure out a way to get us a brand new fridge for the house.

If you're looking for someone that's going to go through the motions and stand there while you look at a few houses, Nicole is probably not your person. If you're looking for someone that will fight tooth and nail for you and will tell you an encyclopedia of information on everything from the city, to the neighborhood, to the builder, to traffic, etc, Nicole is the one you want. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Nicole, it didn't feel like just a business transaction, it felt like a partnership.

Nicole came to me as a recommendation from a colleague. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of her work as my realtor. Even though I was halfway around the world when I started looking for a house she was very responsive and answered every question I had extremely fast. I would recommend her to anyone coming into the area! She is top-notch!
