Nicole Ushakoff is a native of the Monterey Peninsula and has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2002. She first started her career in the industry with Stewart Title in Sales and Marketing covering the Salinas Valley, South County as well as the Monterey Peninsula. After the change in the Real Estate Market in 2006, Nicole decided to fill a much needed niche within the industry and started an independent Transaction Management company geared towards providing contract management and escrow coordination to the local real estate brokerages and agents. She established the very successful Vista Marketing and Coordination Services in 2006 and due to her strong work ethic, people skills and attention to detail she brought the company from a few agent clients to over 250 agent clients. In March of 2015, Nicole decided a to sell her company and work exclusively for the Monterey Peninsula Home Team as their in house “contract guru” and transaction manager while reinstating her studies to pursue and take her years of experience to the Real Estate Sales side of the business. Nicole believes the most rewarding part of her job is to help her clients achieve their dreams of homeownership as well as helping her sellers and investors with their goals.
Nicole is married and has three amazing children. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with local theater organizations as well as her son’s baseball league.
