I've been inspired with a passion over the years in helping people find a place they can call “home”. I have personally experienced Real Estate as a Renter, Homeowner, Land lord, Land owner and Investor and therefore will be able to relate, empathize and be patient with your experience in making you feel comfortable in the process.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, I’ve acquired skills and knowledge having a pretty full scope from beginning to end of the Home Mortgage process.
With a background in Loan processing of all types of loans including FHA, VA, Mortgage closing and funding also for Commercial and Residential with Fortune 100 companies.
Also having experience in Title work and title clearing for Manufactured homes, Residential, Commercial, Churches etc., Nationwide in the Corporate Sector
Through these years I’ve learned the process as a whole and am able to steer my clients in a way to help them prepare, yet also know what’s to be expected. This allows me to help them be pro-active in meeting their end goal of obtaining a home or investment with trust and confidence!
