Nicole Zaitoon Owner & Co-Founder of Allied Property Management Nicole, co-founded Allied Property Management on the ideal that a multifamily residential management company could deliver a sound return on investment to owners and still take good care of its residents. Zaitoon is a daily extoller of Allied’s motto of, “We Create Communities.” Zaitoon started Allied Property Management with her husband, Brett, in 2013 after they couldn’t find a third-party management company for their apartment complex that shared their investment & management values.
