Nicolette Hitzel

Nicolette brings a wealth of client management and marketing experience to her real estate practice. Licensed in both PA and NJ, Nicolette offers the flexibility and expertise to fully explore and define buyer, seller, and investor goals. An investor of short-term and long-term rental properties herself, she brings an analytical and strategic approach to each client relationship. Clients are most appreciative of Nicolette's responsiveness, patience, and competitive spirit in working with her.

Nicolette volunteers her time on the Zoning Committee of the Fishtown Neighbors Association, which is the Philadelphia neighborhood she resides in with her husband, Jonathan, and their rescue bulldog-lab mix, Palmer. Outside of the office, Nicolette has an interest in interior design, staying active, and enjoying a good read outside in one of Philadelphia’s many historical squares.
