Nicolette was there from start to finish. She is ALWAYS willing and wanting to help! I was ready to reduce my price for a quick sale as interest rates were rapidly rising. She advised me to stay status quo that my house was worth every penny we were asking instead of taking the easy way out. She was right! It sold a week later very close to full asking price. She came to see me anytime I wanted and was never in a rush to leave. She knows her business and does it VERY well! I feel this started as a business transaction and ended as a friendship! I recently sold a home with Nicollette and it was a great experience overall. In any business transaction my expectation is for people to be competent, responsive, and to do their job correctly without me having to ask them to do their job correctly. Nicolette met these expectations and more. I had peace of mind knowing everything that needed to be done was being done right and on time. It was the easiest real estate transaction I've ever had and would recommend Nicolette to anyone considering selling their house.

Nicolettle Kuebeler sold my home the summer after my husband passed away; during the height of the pandemic and impossible housing market. She went out of her way to guide me through the selling and buying process and gave me very smart advice. I can’t say enough good things about her: she’s very hard working, Kind and compassionate , patient and honest. She also has become a close and dear friend. I was able to accomplish more than I imagined I could with her guidance ; advice and support. She’s the reason I was able to find the perfect condo that I was searching for! My little dog Pearl and I are very happy and I will be forever grateful.

Nicolette Kuebeler is a wonderful realtor! She sold my condo in record time and sold it for more than the amount other realtors said I would get. You can go wrong by using this top-notch agent. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. I appreciate the fact that I could call her, and she would pick up the phone and answer my questions. It was such a pleasure to work with Nicolette in the sale of our house. She was knowledgeable, experienced, easy to work with, and kept us well informed every step of the way. Her stunning photographs made our home look bright and spacious. She was always thorough when it came to discussing & explaining our options. She gave us detailed market updates every two weeks. And her negotiating skills made us glad that she was on our side on more than one occasion. When our vacant house didn't sell in the winter, as soon as spring began, she did a cleaning and took all new pictures to give the listing a fresh new look. This was instrumental in bringing in more offers. She would also prepare the house before each showing, turning on lights, opening curtains to let in natural light, adjusting the temperature if needed, and then return afterwards to shut everything off again. She was not afraid to go above and beyond to make the sale. All-in-all, we were very pleased with all her efforts, and would highly recommend her services.
