Nicolle was amazing. We were looking at homes on Trulia on a random Saturday and saw something we liked. We hit the request info button and Nicolle called me within minutes. We talked for about 30 minutes to gauge where our price point was and what we were looking for in a home. We had just moved from Austin Texas to Cary and were looking to put down some roots. Nicolle walked us through every step in buying the home we wanted. She is always available and is genuinely a great person who wants people to be able to buy their dream home. She is not only our real estate agent but my wife, son and I call her a friend as well.

Nicolle is a great agent to work with. She is right on top of your every request and gives her absolute best while trying to find you your perfect home. She is punctual, she responds immediately, she is inquisitive and asks all the right questions to the developers. She is with you every time you ask her to be at a site walkthrough. She shows great professional attitude and takes equal interest in the home buying experience as if it her own home she is buying for. Gives you honest feedback whether a place is good or bad and whether is worth investing in the property. I would 100% recommend her. She is good at what she does. 5 stars all the way.

Best experience ever! It's rare to find such an amazing real estate broker as Nicolle Schneider. In this market we thought we would not be able to find our perfect home! However, Nicolle made it possible for us and helped make our dreams come true as first-time homeowners!
