Hi, I’m Nicollette Scieszinski, a full-time real estate agent based in Steamboat Springs, proudly serving the Yampa Valley — including Steamboat, Stagecoach, Oak Creek, Yampa, Clark, and the greater Routt County area. Originally from Wisconsin, my love for Colorado began on family ski trips to Steamboat Springs and Vail. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, I built a strong foundation in real estate through my family’s investment company, where I gained hands-on experience in acquisitions, development, and property management. I later advanced into corporate business development with Yelp, Inc., advising executives and business owners on strategic growth through digital marketing. From there, I transitioned into residential real estate, where I played an integral role in helping one of Boulder’s leading teams achieve top-producing status, contributing to million-dollar transactions and enhancing their standing in the luxury and investment markets.
