This review is not an exaggeration, this is completely honest. Nikaela is the most incredible agent you will find ever. I was connected to her through Zillow, I was interested in touring a home listed and was connected to her. Providential. She went out to show my husband and I the home the same day- and that was on FaceTime as we were buying out of state. She quickly showed the whole house on my husbands lunch break. While that house did not work out for us, as we had a lot of specific requirements for a house (probably one of the most annoying customers Nikaela has worked with), Nikaela continued to help us in our search. Every home we were interested in, she immediately got all the information for us. Her response time is incredible. Just to give an example, we were going through the pre-approval process and we had a question on the application (first time home buyers who know nothing about anything real estate) and make note this was 8:30pm California time- 11:30pm Pennsylvania, and we texted Nikaela not expecting a response until the following day. Nikaela called us within a few minutes. She went above and beyond to assist us and help us search for the perfect home. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. She will work hard to find you that perfect home, she will provide all the information you need, and answer every question you have. I cannot give a high enough recommendation or praise for her and all the help she provided us.

Hands down the best agent in the area. She helped me purchase my first home 10 years ago and I recall saying after the fact "If I knew that buying a home would be this easy I would have done it years ago!" Fast forward 10 years later and she has now helped us sell that home in a matter of a few weeks, in the dead of winter, and for asking price!

Somewhere in middle she worked with our family to purchase an investment property near Seven Springs with the main buyer being in Texas and never setting foot on the property until after closing. Lastly, she made our dreams come true by finding us our forever home that wasn’t even on the market yet. After entering into a long term contract because the sellers weren’t quite ready to move yet, the pandemic hit. Even with navigating these unknown waters she managed the whole process with no interruption. We cannot thank her enough.
