Niki was referred to me by a licensed Kentucky agent. I was truly blessed to get such a wonderful agent (Niki Fuller). Niki went above and beyond my expectations as a real estate agent. I was most impressed how Niki kept me up to date on what was going on with selling my home every week and was very professional. I was very sad at closing because I was so use to hearing from Niki ( But see assured me that she would keep in touch in which she has) All in all I give Niki an A++++++++++ What a delight to have her sell my home. I will defiantly recommend Niki Fuller!!!

I first met Niki through a relative whose house Niki had sold in three days. I liked Niki immediately. She was friendly, smiling and had great recommendations as to what we needed to do to sell our house. While we knew some of the things we needed to do, Niki's suggestions were right on the money. We had two offers on the first day it was listed. Throughout the process Niki stayed on top of all of the subsequent negotiations between me and the buyer.
