My wife and I have purchased a number of rental properties over the past five years from single family homes up to a 4 plex and her work to getting things done has been fantastic. She also finds rental units for the company I work and does a phenomenal job for us there as well. Highly recommend.

In the midst of the crazy 2021 housing market, I told Niki that I needed a house and that I would need it in just over five weeks. That included finding a house, inspections, finances, insurance... Everything. It was tricky because som homes were only on the market for a few hours. Niki managed every detail perfectly. She beat my deadline by 24 hours. And, I have a house that I love. Should I decide to make another real estate move, there's only one Realtor I'll call. Niki Greenwood.

Niki helped me find my dream home when the housing market was at the absolute worst for the buyer. She kept assuring me that I would find my dream home when I had lost hope. She is the absolute best and dealt with me wanting to see houses the same day and sometimes the same hour. I highly recommend her.

We have bought houses in 5 different states (we move a lot because of my husbands work). I have to say that Niki was one of the best realtors I have had! We experienced both buying and selling our home with Niki.
She was there whenever I needed her, didn’t matter the time! When we where buying our home, there where a lot of obstacles with the homeowners at the time and she handled them with grace!
When it came time to selling our home, we where out of state and she was amazing at getting all things and order and even though we where out of state it was painless and easy!
