Hello, my name is Niki Higgs! Real estate is a passion that has brought me closer to people within the community. It's important to focus all of my attention towards my main goal of building a lasting friendship with my clients. I hope to do that by working with each client based on not only their physical needs, but their emotional needs as well. Lending a helping hand, making that extra phone call and simply checking are just some of the courtesies I can offer you. Valuing the needs and pressures that are put on a seller or buyer is my main objective. Buying a home is a stressful and yet exciting time. Without the proper help and guidance, the process can be relentless. It’s my job to communicate the process, help the client better understand the steps in place and safeguard the client from challenges along the way. The idea of making someone happy and secure while giving them the tools to build equity and become familiar with the great attributes to buying a home is a very rewarding feeling.
