Niki Noblin

A Birmingham native, Niki earned a BA from the University of Montevallo. She spent 3 years in advertising before moving to Destin in 2002. She began her career in real estate at Kelly Plantation, selling high end developer properties. Throughout her career, Niki has been an onsite agent for several luxury properties including Sanctuary by the Sea on 30a, One Water Place in Kelly Plantation and Bella Riva on Okaloosa Island. At Destin Real Estate, Niki represents buyers and sellers of vacation properties and primary homes stretching from Destin to Inlet Beach. Exclusive waterfront properties are her specialty and comprise the majority of her sales volume. Niki has been a top producing agent at Destin Real Estate for several years, earning her Top Sales Agent for 2017 and 2018. Niki believes in community service and has volunteered at Alaqua Animal Refuge since 2011. Currently, Niki is a board member for Aletha's Legacy and Alaqua Animal Refuge. She also serves on both the beach committee and canal committee for Holiday Isle Improvement Association, where she resides with her husband, Jeff, and her four rescue dogs. Niki enjoys spending time on her boat and walking the dogs at Alaqua.
