The Bullock Group is comprised by a dynamic husband and wife duo. 18 year Veteran Agent, Nikki, is a licensed instructor for the TN Real Estate Commission and the Founder and CEO of this phenomenal family faith-based company, Impact Realty. Mentoring, coaching, and motivating others to achieve their goals and dreams, and encouraging others to be the very best version of themselves, is what she excels in. Brad has been in sales and marketing management for over 25 years and left the corporate world in 2022 to be with family and make a mark on the real estate industry. He is certified in home inspections. His creative negotiating skills, keen eye for details within a property, and never meet a stranger attitude combined with Nikki’s navigation skills of the intricate pathways in contract management, make them an unstoppable force for their clients! They don’t just “do” real estate, they predict, anticipate, and adapt to this ever changing market and with negotiations. The joy of educating clients through the home buying/selling process and mentoring/training fellow agents is top priority!
On a personal level, Brad and Nikki are true Southern Folk. They were both born and raised in the deep south of Mississippi and have called Tennessee home for over 20 years. Parents to two boys, most of the time you will see them sporting their favorite Mississippi State or Alumni MTSU gear. They love serving and mission is helping others. Nikki is on the Board for Stepping Stones Safe Haven, a local women and children’s homeless facility.
Brad and Nikki call Lewisburg home and service the greater Middle TN area. The Bullock Group is not just any team; they are a collective of skills, expertise, and ambition ready to serve.
