Nikki mentioned a property listing that we really liked and we said we didn't think to go look at it as it was a little over our budget, however, she asked us if we wanted to take a look at it anyway and stated that if we like it, we can always make an offer and see what the sellers say. We went to see it and loved it! Nikki helped us come up with a strong offer; it was countered, and we accepted. Yay!

Nikki is the best realtor you could ever hope to work with. We were looking for a house in MN while living in WI during the worst time to be a buyer. Nikki was so patient with all of our questions and last minute requests to see houses even with our unusual schedule. She made time to do video tours when we couldn’t be there and drove to houses to see if they had what we were looking for. She was always available to put together offers and provided excellent advice on how to make our offers stand out against the crowd. She made sure that we considered all of the risks and benefits of our choices and we landed a wonderful home. We could not have done it without her and I cannot say enough good things about her!

Nikki has been amazing to work with in the home buying process. As out of state buyers, we had to lean of her a lot. We need her to do tours, inspections, walk throughs and every step of the way, she was accomodating and fantastic. She even made our kids care packages to travel with as we toured houses while on a trip to Minnesota. We are so lucky to have found her and whole heartedly recommend her as an agent when searching for your next home or selling your current!
