First time homebuyer here. I was pretty overwhelmed when I first started this process, with all the moving parts involved in purchasing a home, but Nicole went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and confident in every decision I made. She answered all my ridiculous questions without letting on that my questions were ridiculous! She was extremely responsive and got answers for me immediately. She also provided insight as to what issues I should be looking for in a potential home when first touring a property, many of which were things I never would have known to look out for. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Nicole and her amazing staff at William Raveis First Town Realty. We have worked together for personal real estate as well as investment properties. The amount of “behind the scenes” work that she does for our piece of mind and ease is unimaginable. I was impressed even in this market that she was able to sell one of my investment properties that 3 other realtors couldn’t. She staged it, had it professionally photographed, and helped make necessary adjustments that would better show the home. All that said, the property was under contract within a couple weeks and sold for asking. I truly feel she met her calling. Thank you again Nikki!

Nikki is hands-down the best realtor we have ever worked with (and we have worked with a few). She is ambitious, a go-getter, and beyond accommodating. We had reached out to Nikki a few months prior to selling our condo to see what options we had. We never ended up listing the condo, but she ended up finding us a buyer that matched our needs and was the best case scenario. She exceeded our expectations and did so much more for us than any realtor would ever do. When our family came down with COVID she handled all last minute items (painting, sanding, etc) and even hand delivered our check. If you are looking for someone fierce in your corner, Nikki is your girl! Going forward we will ONLY ever recommend Nikki and use her for all our real estate needs.

Nicole Lee helped us both sell our home and buy a new home, all through the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout the process, she worked tirelessly to help us in every way she could.

We were very close to buying one home when the purchase ended up falling through close to the closing date, and we had to start all over again and look for another home. She had already done so much to get us to the point where we were going to buy that house that starting over must have felt overwhelming. She never displayed any level of frustration or impatience, and she met us to look at at least 20 different houses before we found our dream home.

Due to Covid-19, Nicole had access to limited resources for selling our home, and needed to take all of her own photos for the listing. The photos were great, and she hosted a virtual open house! She provided all the necessary PPE items for potential buyers that were visiting our home so that the process was safe for my wife whom is expecting our first child!

There is so much more that could be said about Nicole Lee, but I will close with this. If you are looking for a real estate agent that will put you first, go above and beyond, and go out of her way to help put you at ease to make your buying or selling process go smoothly, don't hesitate to reach out to her for your real estate needs! We couldn't be happier with the outcome in selling/buying our homes, and are very grateful she was with us every step of the way!

Nikki - is a true professional. She is detailed orientated and a pleasure to work with. We are from out of state and were not familiar with the area.
