As a San Diego native, Nikki has been involved in the Real Estate industry for nearly 2 decades.
Beginning her career in escrow back in 2000 then becoming a Real Estate agent, Nikki is well informed in all facets of the business and has built an array of professional relationships within the San Diego Real Estate community.
Nikki’s client base is expansive, ranging from first time home buyers and sellers to well-seasoned investors throughout the San Diego market. She utilizes her extensive knowledge and experience to successfully align buyers with the properties they seek and to coach and guide sellers on the best tactics to maximize their final sell price. Nikki’s goal in every transaction is to ensure her clients feel they have an advocate throughout the process as well as representation that speaks to their specific wants and needs.
While there really is no such thing as “time off” being a Real Estate Agent, Nikki is sure to make time to participate in what she is passionate about including local events such as the Susan G Komen Walk for the Cure, the Dodge Rock n Roll half marathon for Leukemia and events for the National MS Society. Additionally, she’s a believer that traveling and experiencing other cultures enrich life resulting in her passport being full of stamps from Italy, Croatia, Spain, Greece, the UK and Mexico to name a few.
As an outgoing, people-loving, social butterfly, Nikki can frequently be found around town enjoying coffee at the various local coffee shops or even sipping a glass of vino at one of her favorite restaurants.
