As we looked for our forever home. Nikki lead us thru the many home that were up for sale. We became discourage at times, but she said the home is out there, we just have to find it. It was always a good experience to see the home she sent us to look at. She was willing to point out the good in the homes as well as the bad. always encouraging us to look at homes because the listing does not tell the whole story. As first time home buyers my fiancé and I were extremely nervous about the process! Nikki took her time to give us all the details and was extremely patient. She was knowledgeable and knew how to sell her clients (us) to potential sellers which ultimately lead us to beating out 13 other offers on our wonderful new home! We went through two different contracts, which both fell through (not to any fault of ourselves or Nikki), before finally landing a great home as our third contract. Nikki was a rockstar the entire time and guided us throughout the entire process, making sure she was always available to help us at a moments notice. Making the decision to move and selecting a new home is one of the most stressful things we do as adults. But when working with Nikki, I have felt significantly more confident in my decision-making and so much more relaxed because she helps to make sure every single box is checked - from the boxes on my must have and wish lists to the logistics and processes. She takes the time to truly get to know her clients, not just because she cares about them as people (which she undoubtedly does as she shows her care in every single interaction), but because she wants to find the ideal fit for them.
