A lifetime working as a high level fashion executive helped check every skill box from team development, merchandising/visual, marketing, product development, store/brand launches, and various other leadership roles for Bloomingdale’s department stores. This experience really set the stage for her in arenas like creative marketing, interior design, forecasting and market analysis; all which she excels in the real estate world.
In all of her careers regardless of industry one thing remained the same: she placed her team and clients ahead of all else.
The transition to a role as a Real Estate Agent from her previous life was a natural one; in which Nicole excelled almost immediately- Closing over 25 million 5 years an agent here in SC, she is at the top of her class.
With awards such as the prestigious performance based “Charleston Realtors of Distinction” ,peer recognition for the “Top 40 Under 40” from Charleston Real Producers.
Nicole also takes pride in continued education and certifications to stay up to date in her field. Currently she holds the NAR Realtor designations for both RSPS (Resort and Vacation Home Property Specialist) and her favorite designation MRP (Military Relocation Professional)- the military clients are close to her heart, over 90% over her business is with active and retired veterans & first responders.
Charity work is also important to her, an active volunteer for many dog rescues from NY/NJ down to SC/GA she's facilitates fostering dogs and helping organizes funds for animal rescue.
Her compassion for people and helping them reach their goals, the desire to form lifelong bonds over simply making transactions, and going above and beyond for her clients, and strong moral values lead her to call Tabby Realty “home”.
