About Nikki

As a third generation Houstonian who has lived in many of the city’s submarkets (from suburban areas, to River Oaks, Bellaire and Memorial), Nikki has an in depth knowledge of the vast city of Houston with particular knowledge of what makes each submarket its own “city within a city.” She comes by her passion for Real Estate naturally as it has been the core of her family’s business for over 40 years. She attended Texas Tech University where she was an active member of the Tri Delta sorority, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Houston. She worked for seven years in the energy business in both marketing and trading roles before joining Beth Wolff’s team. As a five year active resident and member of the community of Bunker Hill, she has current personal knowledge of the schools and communities throughout the Memorial Villages and surrounding areas, including the nuances that can help a client find not just a house in the neighborhood, but a true place to call their home. While her current residence is in the Memorial area, she has lived in many of the city’s great neighborhoods and takes pride in understanding each of these markets.

Nikki genuinely cares about her clients’ individual needs and will work tirelessly searching and researching the market to find the perfect fit for her clients. With her strong financial and marketing background, attention to detail, and in depth knowledge of the markets she brings an exceptional level of service and professionalism to her clients. In her free time, Nikki enjoys cooking, playing in the tennis league, scuba diving, traveling and spending time with her three children. She has spent many hours volunteering and serving on committees of various organizations including The Parish School, (a school for kids with language and learning differences), and her children’s current schools, Frostwood Elementary and Memorial Drive Christian Church. She is on the board for MD Anderson’s Conversations with a Living Legend, which raises money and awareness for ovarian cancer. Nikki is also a member of The Houston Racquet Club and Chapelwood Methodist Church.
