Nikki is an amazing realtor!! She exceeded our expectations, went above and beyond for us. Nikki recently helped us purchase our first home and she was professional and helpful every step of the way. I feel she went above and beyond to assist with this process and I see now why a good number of people from my workplace have worked with and subsequently recommended her for their real estate needs. Nikki's a great realtor. She goes above and beyond-- even when you are seeing a house and accidentally put your car in a ditch on the property as it was pitch black and nobody could see anything for parking.

I cannot recommend her or Calcagni real estate enough to people.

When the time came to make an offer and it was accepted, she's helped answer questions, was available, and hand held + made recommendations throughout.

I've done two transactions with her now in the last few months and both of them were smooth and easy, much in part because of Nikki's diligence.
