Mr. Shkreli helped us on our search for our new home and was patient throughout everything. He signed us up for an automatic email so that when a single family home within the parameters we desire comes on the market, we will be first to know about it. Nikko came to us recommended from a friend and he was doing such a good job selling our current home we asked him to help us find our next one! Nikko was incredibly knowledgeable and full of suggestions while helping us get our last home on the market. He did a great job organizing open houses and I must say that considering how disorganized and difficult-to-work-with we must have been he was amazingly patient as well! Nikko was full of ideas and suggestions regarding how to make our home more marketable and he was a fantastic negotiator when presented with offers.
