Nik was diligent and knowledgeable, he definetly knows what he is doing and I would recommended him to ANYONE looking for assistance with real estate. He helped me purchase my first home also he was very knowledgeable about investment properties and the local market as a whole. He is definetly a go getter and he knows his stuff!

Nik has been very proactive and aggressive in helping us find and close on the right home for us. He helped make the process seamless working with the selling agent to negotiate the best deal and made sure we had all contracts and documents signed for our lender, inspector, insurance and HOA. I was house hunting for about a year before I finally found Nik. He is young, energetic and a real go getter! I was looking for a specific type of home and Nik didn't waste my time sending me properties I didn't want to see. I wanted a 2/2 Villa with no attached walls and a washer and dryer in the unit these two things were deal breakers for me. Nik was able to find me a community with everything on my wish list and zeroed in on that community. Houses were selling in 1-2 days and it was very hard for me to make a decision from 1500 miles away in NY. Nik took the time to drive to this community,drive around the area and report to me his findings. We were on the phone or email several times a day. Through Niks presence in the community he was able to find me a home that he thought was just right for me . He did a walk through and called the day it came on the market and I took the chance because I trusted him .Together we wrote a contract and presented the offer that same day. I flew down to Florida from NY the next week. Nik set up a walk through,got me an application with the board,and procured a very good inspection company for me Within the week I was there he also got me an interview with the HOA board so I did not have to come back. For all his hard work I would recommend Nik to anyone. He accomplished all this in in less than a month! I will go to closing this Friday and know I could never have done all this without this great agent.

Nik was the listing agent for a property that I was interested in purchasing. Although I had to withdraw the contract, Nik was very professional and remains a real estate contact for me. He was very knowledgeable of his market and was responsive to our questions and emails. I do hope that we will be able to work together on another property.
