Nikolina helped me purchase my first home. Her expertise along the way was extremely helpful. She was always available on short notice to see new houses that became available. I would recommend Nikolina over any agents in the area because of her passion to find you a home and not just sell you a house as fast as possible.

Looking for a property is a lot of work and a potential buyer needs to do their own due diligence & research, have an inspection done, etc. To view potential properties, personally I would not want anyone else as a realtor except Nikolina. She's is experienced, thoughtful, helpful & reasonably knowledgeable. She could also refer you to people for a property inspection (if you want one) & for the legal work. She would keep your interests in mind as you go through the buying process. I bought a nice unit in an older condo association in 2018 with her invaluable help as my Realtor (agent) after a friend bought a small but nice size house in 2017 with her as his buyer's agent.

Nikolina Lecic is a real estate agent that I would highly recommend to any person(s) looking to purchase a home. Since I've been working with Nikolina there have been very few times she didn't answer my call on the first ring and if she missed me she always follows up right away. I've been working in this industry as a mortgage professional for almost 14 years and have worked with many real estate agents, to find someone with both a high level of integrity and care in their work is very hard to come by. As a first time home buyer the daunting task of selecting the right home can be daunting. The unfamiliar process of making the right choice, filtering through the legal documents, negotiating, arranging the neccessary parties to inspect and review the home are just the core parts among many to allow for a successful agreement between everyone involved.
I can say with confidence that Nikolina was a guide with a wide and exact knowledge of the home buying process, so that we were only left with the simple responsibility to make a selection based on paremeters that we began with.
As we surveyed the numerous homes with Nikolina on our side, we were impressed at Nikolinas ability to point out details that prior to going into the market we were not aware of. Her ability to show us how to select in the limited market with limited paremeters impressed us immensly, from start to finnish.
Our transition from the last residence has been as smooth as we could have expected, in large part thanks to Nikolina. Nikolina was incredibly easy to work with. Words cannot describe how efficient she was and how quick she was to respond to our questions (which we had a lot of). We came to Rochester for one weekend from out of state to find our new home, and she had about 10 houses lined up for us to look at on the day we got here. She is also very knowledgeable about the whole process and is completely transparent with you if she finds that there may be a problem with a certain home or something like that. Wonderful person!

Nikolina has helped our two daughters purchase their homes, one in 2016 and the other in 2017. Nikolina is the best agent we have ever worked with. She is very dedicated to her clients and spends as much time as is needed for them. She always spent a lot of time in any home she showed us. She assisted us in finding people to do repairs for our daughter's home in 2016 and even met with them to obtain quotes.
We wouldn't work with any other agent.

PLEASED! My husband and I had been looking for a home for the past 5 years and as daunting as the process was for my husband, Nikolina only displayed gracious, punctual and knowledgeable demeanor in the entire process. She told us, "you will know when you find the house you want, because you will feel it". Well, she was right. We felt it immediately and fell in love with our new home and after a month of being in it, nothing has changed. My husband, children and I are still smiling ear to ear! Nikolina is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She was always available when we wanted to view a home. She found answers to any questions we had and looked over the homes more critically than we did. When it came time for an offer, she didn't suggest full asking price or above as many agents do. Instead, she sent us comparable home sales to assist us in making a good offer.
If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would. We recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Nikolina was the most valuable asset when it came to finding a home! She is truly amazing at her profession, and made buying our first house seamless. Not only did she go above and beyond our expectations time after time, but she made us feel like we were her #1 priority, and truly we were. She responded to questions we had within minutes, no more than an hour or two (given the time of the day), she gave us insight on homes and neighborhoods we would have never found out ourselves (flood zones, radon, etc), and she fought for us when it came to negotiating a price for our home. She provided us with numerous resources (market analysis, independent insurance agents, list of inspectors) and even set up appointments for us! I recommend her to anyone buying a home, with the reassurance she is your number 1 cheerleader, asset and professional looking out for your best interests.

Nikolina was an absolute joy to work with! We came in from Michigan and had 4 days to find and purchase a home. She worked with us and showed us multiple houses throughout the weekend. We were able to find one that we loved and she quickly helped us negotiate a price that worked for us! She walked us through the entire buying process and still continies to help us as we make our move to Minnesota. I have emailed her multiple times with different questions and she is always willing to go above and beyond to help us. For example, I didn't have the measurements to bedrooms and she was able to go to the house and measure for us. She talked with the neighbors and gave them her phone number for if anything seemed out of place until we moved in. She is just so helpful with everything! She is prompt with returning emails and always has answers for our questions. My husband and I both give Nikolina our highest recommendations and would recommend her to anyone who needs help buying a new house.
