Nila has been an incredible realtor in our extremely spontaneous and rushed plan to step into the housing market. I highly recommend Nilanani. To be honest, she is a very very hard-working lady. As per the market, we thought my house would take up to 6 months to sell. Every weekend she usually used to have an open house, some days not even one buyer, but she never gave up. Like she did for 2 months. Within 2 months my house was sold out. She is the best.

It has been a delightful experience working with Nilangini for our real estate purchase. We started looking for a house early May and reviewed a bunch of properties - Nilangini’s perspective really helped us narrow down the right property for our requirements. While our process was quite drawn out with the builder, Nilangini stuck with us and was very thorough with the follow up in all aspects with the builder and the title company.
