My expertise and professional skills are in clarifying and demystifying issues surrounding the acquisition, sale, or redevelopment of Commercial Real Estate and environmental contamination. I assist all parties (Seller, Investor, Tenant, Franchise, Lender, Developer, and Insurer) who need to resolve these key variables - market value, property condition, and liability protection. Originally from Kenya, educated in the United Kingdom, and the United States, I moved to South Florida in 1987 and founded GeoTech Environmental and GeoTech Realty.

Our Engineering firm redevelops the contaminated property and provides solutions to all aspects of environmental science relating to assessments, remediation, and fuel storage tanks, permitting hazardous material, and EHS management. The CRE brokerage firm provides knowledge of the law, environmental due diligence, transaction experience, finance, and real estate development. My specialty is on the following property types: Auto repair facilities, dry cleaners, gas stations, office, and industrial warehouse buildings. To date, I have completed over 4,600 projects.

My educational background includes a bachelor’s & master’s degree in Geology, Advanced level courses with the University of Oxford, Business education with Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business, Brokers license with State of Florida DBPR, General Contracting background & Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor license.
