Prior to joining the world of real estate, I enjoyed a successful 22 year active duty military career. I have been a Realtor for more than 16 years. I am a strong negotiator and advocate for my customers who simplifies a process that can often be quite stressful. A longtime resident of the Jacksonville/St Augustine area, I have gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community. I am an expert in figuring out how to provide customers with what they want and need. It starts with fully appreciating each customer and then finding creative ways to fulfill their needs. Originally from Puerto Rico, I have a BA in Business and a Master’s in Public Administration and am fluent in Spanish.
