Nina has been nothing short of WONDERFUL. She has given my family and I 110%. Traveling from ALL around central OH and never wanted us to feel bad about it (even if we did). She always gave us the upfront perspective of things. She didn't try to sell us a house we weren't sure on and was ALWAYS on our side. Nina made sure we bought a HOME. Which is a MAJOR thing to remember when home buying. You're looking for a home, not a house that isn't what you want. Nina knew what we wanted and wouldn't let us settle for less. She worked so hard for us to be able to get the house we love and will be in for a long time while also helping us with selling our house. If you're looking for a realtor choose Nina!

I worked with Nina to purchase my first house. She was amazing and so very patient with me when I wanted to literally see "every house". When I finally found the house for me she stepped me though the entire process with ease. She was so amazing to work with and even with a difficult seller, she made the process easy and calmed all my first time buyer nerves.
When it came to selling my house a few years later, she again walked me through the whole process and even with the covid complications she was able to get all of the paperwork and closing done quickly.
Her knowledge of real estate, the process, and her warm demeaner is the best there is!
I would recommend her 100 times over!! She's the best there is!

There are no words to describe my appreciation towards Nina. She put up with me for quite some time and I put her through a lot until I found the perfect place. She was so patient with me. I’m so thankful for her. I didn’t have a huge budget but she worked with what I had and in a way she promoted me as a good buyer by putting in a good word for me. She knew I had a great credit score and that I would provide over 20% down payment. She always accompanied me to view houses I was interested in and offered to show me some houses she thought were a good fit that I hadn’t considered. Additionally, she even went the extra mile and found a house to show me that wasn’t on the market yet. I’m a young first time home-buyer and she took great care of me. She helped me through all the steps of the process. She guided me and always had my best interest in mind. She was very responsive to any questions or inquiries and kept tabs on me to ensure we were getting things crossed off the list and promptly provided any updates. If Nina didn’t know something, she was honest with me. She even helped me by providing information/resources and suggested a potential contractor. There was great communication throughout the whole process and I’m so thankful for that. Even the seller’s realtor mentioned how smooth of a process it was with us. I was the third buyer for the house, the other two fell through. If you are on the market to buy/sell a house you should definitely consider Nina to help you through the process!
