Nina must have showed us a minimum of 50 houses in about a month. She understood our urgency in both selling our house and buying our new home. We were able to sell quick and buy our new home almost right away. We even had an extra week to move our belongings, relieving some stress. We are grateful and blessed to have a real estate agent committed to advocating what was in our family's best interest. We had a couple of challenging moments but she was quick to take action and negotiated a fair compromise.

Me as a fist time home buyer was not sure who to trust but when me and my family meet Nina she answered all of our questions and concerns. She was really straight forward and explained the whole home buying process to where we would understand it and I would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a home and I will for sure use her again in the future.

Nina is amazing! She made a cakewalk of what would have otherwise been a stressful experience! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She helped up sell our home and find another so quickly! Nina encouraged us to ask questions and was always patient in answering them. The entire process was very smooth and efficient! Can’t praise her enough!

I can't recommend Nina highly enough. If you are looking for an agent to help you sell a home I highly recommend that you use her. She is very professional and knows the Torrance market very well.

I did not live close to the house that I was selling and it needed a significant amount of work to get it ready to sell. Nina was an invaluable in getting the home ready to sell. She assisted me in identifying and managing contractors and getting the house ready by staging the home.

Additionally, we had to put the house on the market around the beginning of COVID-19. She stepped up to help me work thru the challenges and uncertainties of selling a home during a pandemic. Without Nina as my agent I do not think that I would have been able to sell the home.

If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
