Nina helped me buy my first property in DC at the Wharf a few years ago and just helped me buy my second property in Mclean, VA. She is a phenomenal real estate agent with the highest level of professionalism. She really listened and understood my needs. I was looking to purchase a bigger property than my current one, but like many younger buyers I got priced out of my current neighborhood and needed to look somewhere else, not knowing ultimately what would be the right new neighborhood for me. The idea of looking at so many neighborhoods seemed overwhelming. Nina helped me pinpoint the best options and laid out all the pros and cons of each. Ultimately she helped me find a property in a great location, in great condition and at the perfect price. I never thought I would be able to find anything like my new home at this location and price. When it comes to real estate, Nina knows what she’s doing and she’s great at it.

I provide the highest recommendation for Real estate agent Nina Foldvari. Nina assisted my husband and I during our home search in the DC and Maryland area. She assisted us over a period of over three years!

Nina knows the DMV property landscape extremely well. She helped us put in early, competitive offers during one of the toughest markets in recent history (2020 - 2022).

She also provided us with multiple financing suggestions- putting us in touch with great regional lenders we otherwise wouldn't have known about (we ultimately went with one of her suggestions -Caliber which worked out really well with competitive rates).

Nina went above and beyond with fantastic suggestions for construction loans. She also steered us clear from a house where I'm certain she was right - it would have been a money pit.

We previously bought and sold a DC condo and have worked with many realtors and managed construction projects. Nina's "house-side manner" is unmatched. She is an honorable and good person at her core who provided tremendous support to us on the biggest purchase of our lives. We are happy to speak with anyone who has additional inquiries.

Before I met Nina I worked with another agent and my overall experience was overwhelming and slightly disappointing. The second I started working with Nina it was a whole new level of home purchasing experience. She is organized, confident and extremely knowledgeable. Nina patiently answered a million of my questions and helped me choose the right neighborhood and the right building, always discussing pros and cons of any particular property we looked at. I genuinely felt like Nina had my back and never tried to push me into anything. I purchased my home in McLean with Nina. I heard so many stories from friends about how difficult and stressful it is to buy a property and thanks to Nina, my experience was the complete opposite. In fact, she made it so easy and stress-free it’s hard to believe that buying a home can be otherwise.
Nina was recommended to me by a friend who purchased a home with her a few years ago. I have to say that Nina exceeded my expectations of what a real estate agent can do and the kind of results she delivers. She skillfully helped me figure out what is it that I want and don’t want. When we were looking at properties online, she pointed out to a unit that didn’t make it to my top list and insisted that we still go see it. And she was right! The unit was exactly everything I told her I wanted (but because it didn’t look well online, I didn’t notice it myself) and we quickly put an offer together. I don’t know how she did it, but in this ultra competitive market she still managed to negotiate a better price and substantial sum to cover my closing costs. The entire process was so smooth and easy I kept asking when would we encounter any problems I hear about? We never did!
After closing she even helped me with improving my new home, which already helped me increase my property value.
I cannot recommend Nina highly enough.

Nina represented us in 3 different real estate transactions. Her client dedication and attention to detail are amazing. Before we put our Spring Valley house on the market, she worked with us diligently to determine what improvements would generate the price we wanted. She walked us through investments we should make and where we could save. Nina has extensive contacts with various contractors and services, and while we interviewed a few different contractors on our own, her recommendation was our final - and best! - choice, which saved us a lot of money and resulted in quality work. She was very involved in helping us prepare the house for sale, down to every single detail. Nina clearly outlined every step of the process, and helped to keep everyone calm and organized. Selling our house in the middle of the pandemic was a true challenge: because we have small children and work from home, we wanted to minimize the number of people coming into our house. We are beyond impressed and happy that Nina did the impossible - she sold our house in record time, and for more than what we expected or even thought possible, while making sure we were always comfortable and not inconvenienced by many visitors. Simply put, Nina took the stress out of the most stressful things - selling our house AND moving. She is someone you can trust to do the right thing, always having her client’s best interest in mind.
