You’d have to listen really closely to Nina to realize she grew up in Aiken, South Carolina. Such a slight Southern drawl, probably because her roots really are in the Midwest.
Atlanta immediately became home after graduating from the College of Charleston. She told her friends she was destined to live the "bigger" city life. Always active and on her way to do something, you can catch her on the tennis courts, working out, or taxiing her and Jay's children, Isaac and Emery, to and from sports. Nina also has three other babies, her four-legged kids, Goldendoodles Murphy, Buddy, and Rosie. Whether it's embarking on new adventures, or exploring homes with clients, Nina embraces every opportunity with enthusiasm. “It can’t be a job if I’m having this much fun,” she says, reflecting her passion for real estate now spanning more than two decades.
Behind the beautiful smile is a tough negotiator. Perhaps that’s why her clients want her to be on their side. She keeps her clients in check when their love of a home gets in the way of making a sound real estate decision.
