I had the pleasure of meeting Nina Konradi while searching for a place to call home after moving across country to be closer to family. Browsing through all of the real estate apps I found a place that was “okay” for me and my family and so happened to be Nina who was showing the property. The place was very nice but a bit small for my family and I, so after a conversation with Nina in which she asked me for specifics on what I was looking for as well as my budget, she immediately took me under her wing, and took away all of the stress of browsing through the endless real estate apps which became quite exhausting to be honest. She went above and beyond in finding and scheduling several great properties that we were able to tour on the same day, and every single property was within my budget and bellow, not a penny more! Square footage, location, ambient and even the vibes all exceeding my expectations.

Needless to say, I had a delightful experience working with Nina, she was very quick to reply to my emails and text messages with questions, as well as getting the contract done with the other party, so if you are looking for a go getter, she’s the one!

Thank you very much Nina Konradi and The Royal Family Real Estate, there’s no doubt in my mind that I will using your services again in the near future.
