Nina helped me tremendously when Trying to find a condo in a specific location. She listened to the details that I wanted in my place and within a few weeks she matched me to a perfect Condo This is the first time I bought a property by myself and she held my hand through the whole process. She was available at all times for questions and I looked at several homes. I appreciate all her help!!

For anyone that is out here looking for a place to live in the DMV… (renting OR buying) Then you know exactly how frustrating it can be to go it alone. This market is BRUTAL!
Do yourself a favor and use Nina as your realtor. She is the sweetest, most caring, and hard-working realtor I have ever met. I think what stands out the most about her character is her loyalty to her clients and how passionate she is at finding them exactly what they deserve. My husband and I are extremely grateful for her services and can’t wait to use her again in the future when we finally purchase our “Forever Home”.

Working with Nina really made finding a rental easier than I ever thought it could be- she responded to our inquiry about the available property we were interested in merely hours after we emailed about it and set up a showing that very evening! The timely responses and constant communication from her is really welcome in this competitive climate; properties are going so fast and it’s great to have a realtor who is willing to work with you, the renter, as fast as possible to try to get you into the property that you want. She stayed in constant contact through the whole lease signing process and made everything really easy, especially being willing to meet us at the time convenient to us to get deposit checks and a separate time to give us keys. All in all we are so thankful for Nina, she’s truly a great realtor who cares about her clients. 10/10 would work with again.
