Nitza Khan

Nitza Khan is a consummate real estate agent. Since 1985, she has been helping families and professionals buy and sell homes along Chicago’s North Shore. Experience in relocation services and as an inventory and luxury marketing specialist has earned her recognition as a top producer.

As a resident of the North Shore since 1967, Nitza is exceedingly familiar with the villages that comprise New Trier Township and the surrounding towns. She is the former President of the Woman’s Board of the Music Institute of Chicago and is well- versed on our areas’ fine arts. She was also the driving force behind three successful New Trier High School graduates. It is with that same energy that drives her relationship with buyers and sellers. Her wisdom and direct approach is legendary, which has created trust in guidance amongst clients past and present.

Nitza attended the University of Illinois and is fluent in German, Hebrew and Urdu.
