Your realtor Ms. Nneka Smith , handled my living situation with such speed and professionalism that I felt compelled to give my review.

It wasn't long my living situation was put into action by Ms. Smith who took the initiative to call availability apartments listings to revolved my living situation which returned because of her dedication of service, I am a leaseholder.

Again, I commend Ms. Smith on her outstanding service; the quality if training your realtor receive is clearly evident in the above-and-beyond acts I've received.

Nneka was such a great broker to work with! It’s chaotic enough to find an apartment in NYC, but from the moment my bf and I met her, it felt like she was a friend, rather than someone trying to be shady or sell us on anything. I like that forms were sent digitally to make contact minimal and easy and that everyone wore masks for safety during our apartment tour. Communication was super open and she was able to get answers to all of our questions. Now we have a spacious apartment with a friendly landlord and a lot of sunlight! Who knew it was possible?! Thank you Nneka!
