Noel was fantastic in helping me to find my first home. As a first time homebuyer, there was so much I didn’t know or understand, which she explained patiently and thoroughly to make sure I fully understood everything prior to making any decisions. She handled the (many) questions and concerns from my various family members who accompanied me to showings like a pro. When there were issues with my house immediately after closing, she continued to assist me and saw the situation through to ensure that it was taken care of, even though closing was complete.

Noel was extremely detailed and professional in her approach to selling my home. She had a plan of attack regarding pricing and hit the mark perfectly. The photos she took generated a ton of interest and brought multiple buyers through in a very short time. Her communication and response to questions were immediate and with answers. I never had to wait more to hear back from her. Whether it was by email or text. Noel was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend using her as your next agent. You won’t be disappointed.
