Integrity, sincerity, salesmanship, and an eye for real estate; meet Noeline Cuker, the consummate “high integrity” salesperson. Noeline grew up in the West of Ireland and moved to New York City, twenty-seven years ago. It didn’t take her long to acclimate. New York City and the Hamptons have remained her natural home ever since.
Noeline has extensive experience in real estate in NY as a developer, owner and designer. She purchased her first co-op in the West Village in the 1990’s. This experience was the initial hook. Since then, Noeline has designed specialized homes that she purchased and sold in the Hamptons. This experience and gamble taught her an appreciation of aesthetics from the bottom up. Having negotiated sales and overseen major renovations, Noeline has a natural passion for real estate.
Noeline’s husband is a pioneer in the West Village and established the renowned classic car company, Cooper Classics, LTD on Perry St., in 1976. It was here, with her husband, that Noeline worked with high-profile clients (domestically and internationally) building luxury vintage car collections. With over two decades in Greenwich Village, Noeline has remained deeply connected to the downtown community and has acquired a vast network of both personal and professional contacts.
Noeline currently resides in the West Village and enjoys summers in her home in Watermill, New York with her husband and two children, who attend Avenues: The World School in Chelsea, New York. She is also member of “Parents In Action” and an avid supporter of multiple arts and youth organizations.
In her spare time, Noeline enjoys being with her family and friends, the theater, pilates, yoga, swimming, running, travel and checking out galleries and museums around the city.
