Brad and Noelle went above and beyond from our first (3 hour) meeting with them in which they explained everything about the home buying process... all the way through the closing process (and still answer our questions beyond that!). As first time home buyers, this was extremely helpful to us. They understood how massive a decision this is and held our hands through the process, being patient when we needed to take our time, but also guiding us to be in the best position to get offers accepted. They helped us land our dream first home within 5 weeks of looking. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Incredible team to work with!! My story is pretty unique in that I had worked with a different agent for a year, had not been able to get a home in this seller’s market so decided to change agents. Noelle and Brad walked me through their process of how they work with their clients and we’re nothing but professional. The first offer we put in was accepted! I cannot recommend using Brad and Noelle more! I first met the two of them in 2017 when they helped my parents sell the house I grew up in and buy their empty nester dream home. They were so kind and made such an impression on me then, that I didn't even think to find anyone else when it came to buying my own home. My fiance and I are first time home buyers, and we were so unsure about the whole process. Brad and Noelle took the time out of their evening to have a 2.5 hour meeting with us (until 10 at night no less) to ensure that we were educated and comfortable with the whole process. They answered every silly question, and made sure to warn us about all the things we didn't even know to be worried about throughout the whole process! Brad, Noelle, and their whole team made the whole process so seamless and we could not have asked for any better!! We are so thankful for them and our beautiful new home! And, they are really there for life; they still have a great relationship with my parents 6 years later and still check in to see how the family is doing! If you are looking for a realtor who truly cares, you have found them.

We were buying our first home, and they went above and beyond our expectations to help us understand the home buying process. Every question we had they had an answer for within the hour. Any time we needed to hop on a call or review a contract they made themselves available. We wouldn’t have been able to buy our first home without the help of the Banks team. We were VERY impressed with both of them, and how each of them brought their own expertise to the process. This is the second time they have helped me buy and sell my home and I would work with them again and again. They take the time to walk me through all the paperwork and are always willing to answer any questions I may have. Noelle is very thorough in reviewing any documentation and following up with other realtors. Brad will point out pros and cons in houses that I would never even think of. The Banks family- trully, the best real-estate experience, that happened in my life! It was out of state move, but the all process went just as smooth, inconvenient, fast and easy as it could be. Our first morning in our new home! First time homebuyers here! As I sit and drink my coffee on our beautiful outdoor porch soaking up the morning sunshine (what!? so awesome), I'm reminded of how Brad was thrilled to show us this house and how he was so detailed in explaining its attributes both inside and outside, and also the potential as it needed a few upgrades, too. Working with Brad and Noelle Banks on two occasions has been the high point of our home buying/selling experiences throughout our lives. Their attention to detail and motivation to do whatever they can to provide the best experience for you is evident, hour-by-hour and day-by-day. They always look to your best interest and will build a relationship with you instead of being a transaction based exchange.

Brad is a master of imagining the functionality of the house as it applies to your family and needs. He provides great energy to help keep you going and motivated throughout the buying/selling process.

Noelle is the woman you want in your corner while negotiating contracts. She is extremely prompt and provides you with a high level of communication so you never feel left wondering. She listens intently to needs/wants and consults you on what will work best in the process and especially what is best for you, her client.

We will certainly use them again, but we think they outdid themselves by finding us our forever home!

What started out as a referral, turned into a great friendship. Noelle and Brad are the epitome of what a realtor team should be. We worked with them to purchase our first home in 2016 when we first moved to Atlanta. Not only did they paint the dream for the homes we were considering but also the lifestyle we could have within those neighborhoods. We became good friends over the years, so of course we didn’t hesitate to link up with them again when it was time to sell that same home and buy a new one. I couldn't find the information in my records and sent in a request to see if they had the documentation in their records. Unfortunately, the record that I needed was not a part of what they could keep on file. That didn't stop them from helping me....Noelle put on the investigator "hat" and ended up getting in touch with the original closing attorney....and after a few email exchanges, was able to obtain the document that I requested. If you’re looking for a realtor that truly cares about you whether you’re buying or selling, The Banks Team will not disappoint. Brad and Noelle were with us every step of the way as we found our forever home and sold the old one. Brad has a fantastic eye for finding the right types of places that fit our needs. And Noelle is so phenomenal when it comes to the contract details. We had some struggles communicating with our financing company and the Banks team went above and beyond to help us get everything resolved.
Even after closing, they stay in touch offering fun events for their clients. They are a pleasure and a joy to work with even in this crazy 2022 market.
