We happened upon Nolan and his team in using Zillow and their service that connects you with a nearby Real Estate Professional. That turned out to be incredibly fortuitous as Nolan played a major role in helping us buy our first home.

We had heard many stories from friends who had been trying to buy recently about how hard it was in the current market and found out first hand while shopping how homes could sell within a day of posting, and so were understandably afraid that would prevent us from finding a home that we would love in a reasonable amount of time. Instead of that happening, we won our very first offer and closed on our dream home a month later in no small part due to Nolan's efforts and advice.

Helping his client's close so efficiently in this market should be enough to encourage anyone to work with him, but in addition to that he also connected us with trustworthy professionals that may well end up helping us throughout our time at our new home.
