We needed her help, and she gave it day or night. Having excellent resources, she represented us through clean out, minor repairs, staging, marketing and the sale negotiations. 01/30/2015 - tiffbute716 If I had to describe Nonnie Dinges in one word it would be savvy! She is a very savvy sellers agent and a buyers agent and will also give 110% of herself to either. I've seen her work at all hours of the day and night to accommodate her clients and sometimes even other agents' clients to get the deal done. She knows the Peninsula like the back of her hand, since she is a lifelong San Mateo native. Honesty is another strong trait Nonnie has. She doesn't want to just sell your house or sell you a house she wants to get to know you, build a relationship and represents your interests in the deal. She is down to earth and just a real person!! I promise if you work with Nonnie it will be a positive experience and you WILL come back to her when you are ready for another transaction
