About Nora

Nora was born and raised in New York City where she attended international schools and Sarah Lawrence College. Being a dual citizen of both the United States and France she has lived and worked in both countries and is fluent in French and English.

Nora’s early career in Academic administration and Social Work gives her the skills to be both organized in her handling of real estate transactions and the sensitivity to work closely with buyers and sellers as they go through the transaction process.

Nora first became interested in real estate when she began purchasing, renovating and re-selling apartments in New York City. Although Nora had been a long-time summer resident on the North Fork she put down fulltime roots here in1985 and began renovating and building homes on the North Fork.

Nora brings her love of real estate and her building knowledge to buyers and sellers. She most enjoys the creative process of meeting client needs by listening and understanding their goals and matching them to existing inventory and market conditions. Visualizing what a tired or slightly worn property will look like with some minor or in some cases major renovations is her specialty.

Nora is also an avid sailor, fabric artist and film buff.
