Noreen's approach to branch management is distinctive. With over 10 years of real estate expertise, Noreen works with her agents to determine the exceptional life they want to live and then coaches them to execute a strategy to attain the goals they have chosen.

As a non-competing manager, Noreen gives 100% of her attention to the personal and professional growth of her agents. Noreen knows that by investing in the lives of her agents, the agents will, in turn, invest in the lives of their clients.

With a background in teaching for 22 years, Noreen is back to her roots. For her, there is nothing more rewarding than coaching and supporting established agents and directing and developing new agents.
