About Noreen

Lifelong residents of Maryland, my husband and I have lived in the Severna Park area for over 20 years. We have raised 4 children here and are active members of our community. Our favorite activity is spending time with family and friends, whether we are celebrating a holiday, watching sports, or simply getting together. We also enjoy volunteering, attending our children's sporting events locally, collegiately and nationally, attending our local church, dining out, shopping and traveling.

With all that Maryland has to offer; from its great history to the beaches of the Eastern Shore, local waterways, scenic parks and the mountains of western Maryland, it is hard for me to imagine any better place to live. Being centrally located, Anne Arundel County offers easy to access all to all of the regions for endless adventure. As a native of the county, I have spent countless hours exploring the local towns, learning about the history, boating, frequenting the local restaurants and shops. I have a great appreciation and knowledge of the area.

My appreciation and knowledge of the area is what guided me to a career in Real Estate 17 years ago. My vision was to help clients make my hometown their hometown by helping them find their first home or by helping them sell their home and purchase their next. After putting my career on hold to take care of my children, I was still able assist my clients through referrals to local agents in their area. My vision has not changed over the years; it is simply to help my clients make my hometown their hometown by helping them find their new home, however my commitment has grown stronger.

I have recently affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, Flagship of Maryland; they are the 3rd largest real estate company in the US. With the new marketing and technology tools that this switch has given me - I have a more powerful platform to list, market and sell properties, taking my work with both buyers and sellers to the next level.

Noreen is the best realtor to work with. Any questions we had she answered. I feel she helped us so much selling our house. If we had any concerns about the house, she checked on it right away. With us moving out of state. She was there for us. We highly recommend Noreen if you want a dedicated realtor.

Noreen was absolutely wonderful to work with! As first time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea what we were doing or where to begin, but Noreen helped guide us through the entire process. She was always so kind, patient and available for house showings, late night texts, early morning emails, and endless questions. Noreen worked just as hard as we did to find us the three bedroom house we envisioned, and when we were outbid on several home offers, Noreen was there to pick us back up and help us find the perfect home. She even went out of her way and bought us housewarming and Christmas gifts! We would highly recommend Noreen Dalisera to anyone looking to purchase their dream home!

Noreen was incredible to work with. Every step of the way, she was knowledgeable and was able to help us understand the process when we had questions. Not only was she there during tours, but she also made sure yo be at all of the home inspections and during any contractor work to ensure everything was done up to her standards.
