We are full-time licensed real estate agents in Lexington and have been since 1992. Most of that time we have worked at RE/MAX, in order to expose our listings to the most possible buyers locally, nationally, and internationally. (This is a big advantage of the RE/MAX brand.)

We offer exclusive buyer and seller representation. When you hire us we will be in your corner. We also offer a full range of real estate services, including home marketing and sales, purchase consultation, staging consultation, pricing consultation, negotiation services, and home trade-in programs. Norm is a licensed Kentucky Real Estate Broker, and Shannon is a licensed Kentucky Real Estate Agent. Both of us have studied and met the requirements to obtain advanced certifications. Certifications held by either Shannon or Norm include GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and PRPM (Professional Residential Property Manager). We’re members of the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
