Norm helped us with the sale of our townhome that we inherited from our Uncle's passing. To further complicate issues, we are out of state, so many details had to be coordinated via phone, text or email. He has access to great resources that enabled us to renovate where needed. Dealing with Norm made the whole process manageable and seamless. He was professional, courteous and experienced. His team was also first rate. Norm handled the sale of an estate that had been in my family for over 130 years that had four heirs in three different states. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and attention that Norm gave us in coordinating the sale. Through his connections in the market he was able to quickly generate traffic and offers on the property. Upon review of one of the offers we received, he proposed that we add certain clauses to the contract that were in our best interest in facilitating a faster sale. I wouldn't hesitate to use Norm again for my future real estate needs.

It took only one conversation for Norm to understand exactly what I was looking for, and he took great care in selecting options that fit my needs.
