I give a full 5 stars to Norma, for her professionalism!
From the moment we started searching, till the day we closed on our house, she was super helpful and kind. Throughout the entire process, she never made me feel like I was bothering her for asking too many questions. She helped my husband and I find the perfect home, and if I ever need a realtor again in the future, she's the one I'm going to.
She's an awesome realtor. Strongly recommend her!

Norma was a pleasure to work with, especially as I was a first time home buyer that was still unfamiliar with the entire process and with the Rockland area.
She was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Every question I asked, she had an answer ready or knew who to ask and where to look. She did her best to schedule tours for anything I showed an interest in on short notice and had some great suggestions based on my preferences. She demonstrated great knowledge of the area and helped guide me throughout the entire process.
After we had decided on a home, she kept me informed of the situation at all times and kept in close contact with the seller's agent, constantly relaying the latest information to me. She even called to remind me of what needed to be done on my end before and after closing, ensuring that I was ready to flawlessly complete the closing process on time and preparing me for my first stint as a homeowner. I couldn't have asked for a better agent!

We emphatically recommend Norma. She is a terrific broker, excellent communicator, and a trustworthy and kind person. Norma patiently spent months with our family to help us find our dream home during one of the most competitive real estate markets ever. Norma is a wonderful realtor and partner in the home buying process. My wife and I were first time home buyers and connected with Norma to help us throughout the process. Norma was incredibly responsive, both by text, email, and phone throughout the entire process – every single step requires very timely communication – and instructive, teaching us what to look out for, what to prioritize, and where to compromise. She sent us listings daily, but in this market, she also let us sent her anything we found, reaching out within minutes of us asking her to, critical in the current market. Once we had an accepted offer, Norma gave us great recommendations for who to work with, namely a thorough attorney, and guided us through many hurdles. From the beginning to the last minutes of closing, when she gave us a surprise gift and a sweet card, Norma was with us, ready to help, and ready to help us buy the house we wanted. In short, Norma is realtor we would recommend to any of our friends or family with absolute confidence that she would be the right fit.
