We can only recommend La Roca, as a family business that treats other families with all respect and diligence, while they are searching for a home. I will start with the fact that Mr. García took us to see houses in 2018, when we were not yet living in the State of Georgia. He wasted no time in the one day we had to look at houses, into the late evening. He did, however, make two stops to make sure our young kids (and we) had something to eat. THAT BLEW MY MIND (in a good way!) and I never forgot. Almost a year passed and we traveled again to see potential homes. We went on a several day marathon, at different times in the days, up to the day before we drove back to Florida. However, we made a decision on our new home in Lawrenceville - all because we felt we had seen more than enough possibilities and compared all the important criteria- ‘no joke! The Garcías helped us every step of the process, including overseeing inspections - a plus while we were still in another state. IT WAS LIKE HAVING FAMILY TAKE CARE OF OUR BUSINESS. I could keep telling stories, all the way to them following up (or taking our calls) while we moved and as we equipped our new home. We still call, once in a while, for advice on home improvement and services. We would do it all over again, with the help of La Roca / Norman and Lisa García.
