I had a great experience using Move NYC Real Estate. From my first interaction with Norris, I felt comfortable, as he walked me through the complete process. He then had a meeting with myself and Anthony, where they both listened to my top priorities that I was looking for, for my first home. They sent me a few houses that met my family’s needs that night. I am happy to say that my husband and I closed on our home yesterday, and it was the first home that they showed us. I totally recommend them. Anthony was amazing!

I would highly recommend Jeremy Williams as a realtor. He was so diligent in helping me to find an apartment and scored me an amazing rate. I was in town for one day and he showed me over 6 properties all within my budget. When I returned home across the country, he sent me videos of units so that I would be comfortable picking an apartment without seeing it in person. Ultimately, I did choose an apartment based on the videos Jeremy sent me and I am ecstatic with the results. I’m so thankful to have been helped by Jeremy!

Move NYC is a great company! As first-time home buyers, my boyfriend and I were unfamiliar with the purchasing process. However, our real estate agent Aureole Blanding was extremely helpful in explaining how everything works and getting us the answers we sought out. Additionally, Aureole is a patient and personable individual who made our journey enjoyable. We first met her in January and she had stuck with us until our closing in early September. Along the way she noticed the types of features we liked and disliked and proactively asked the seller’s side clarifying questions about building amenities and maintenance without us having to ask. Also, what was a huge plus for us was that Aureole was very responsive at all hours of the day. Even when we sent late night texts of a listing that just hit the market, she responded within a few hours and reached out to schedule viewings that worked for us and our busy schedules. Aside from Aureole, we also worked with her broker Norris on our applications and the process was very smooth and quick. I would recommend Move NYC!

He made sure that we get the right place to live in with all the basic facilities near by plus the commute which was our first concern when we thought about moving to a new place. Jeremy Williams, Move NYC Realtor was very helpful in my search
for a new apartment. He answered every question and returned every
phone call in a timely fashion. He was patience in educating me on
obtaining the proper paper work to successfully apply for a apartment.
Move NYC unit listings is top notch. Jeremy showed me four apartments
in one day. I liked every unit. If you would like a stress free experience when apartment hunting I highly recommend Jeremy and Move NYC.

Tiffany and Norris were amazing, punctual and ALWAYS answered the many questions I had. I am first time renter in my own apartment so I was extremely nervous and didn’t know how the process goes. Hard working, a tough bargain maker, her tenacity is unmatched. She has great connections and was a valuable resource on my team for the past year. Both Tiffany Daniels and Norris James were a pleasure to work with. Tiffany was extremely responsive. I would show her a house, she would contact the seller's agent that day and we would visit the house the day after. They always assured me that I would find a house that I loved and they helped me get it ! Even when I started to slow down in the search process, they would send me the new listed properties and follow up with me to make sure I didn't want to see any other properties. Tiffany and Norris would contact everyone involved in my housing transaction to ensure that we would close in a timely manner.
