Throughout his life, Norval has been deeply rooted in Mansfield. He attended school and worshiped in this vibrant town, fostering strong connections with its residents. For more than nine years, he served on the board of directors for Advantage Credit Union, including five years as Board President. Additionally, Norval contributed his leadership to the Board of Directors for Walton Lake.
Faith plays a central role in Norval’s life. He actively participates in his church and has embarked on two men’s mission trips to Haiti, where he helped build churches. His passion lies in “planting” new churches, and he was instrumental in establishing both New Hope Community Church in Loudonville, OH, back in 2002, and more recently, Olive Tree Christian Fellowship in Lucas, OH, where he currently attends.
