About Nosbens

Nosbens Clervil is originally from South Florida, he and his family relocated to Brevard County after highschool, he has been a space coast Native for 15 years. "Its a great feeling to live and work in an area with so many opportunities. I've lived in Brevard County most of my adult life and everyday i gain a greater appreciation for all that this area has to offer". Nosbens studied business at Pensacola Christian College and Eastern Florida State College. Later he transitioned to a carrier in Retail where he realized the great value of customer service and building relationships.

In his spare time as a fitness instructor, Nosbens inspires and motivates others to live a healthier lifestyle. The commitment and discipline it requires to see each client through their goal, is the same persistancy and dedication he conveys to his real estate clients. As a licensed Broker/Realtor, Nosbens approach to real estate is focused around getting to know his clients as real people whose company he enjoys, and taking care of them from beginning to end. The new found passion for real estate was first sparked when Nosbens successfully purchased his first home! After experiencing the great joy and accomplishment of buying a new home, he felt the urge to bring the same rewarding feeling to others in the quest to making one of the most important decisions of their lives.
